The Horne multilingual keyboards
You are invited to download the Horne multilingual keyboard drivers, which work under Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003. Versions for the ergonomically efficient Dvorak layout (which the author uses) and the traditional QWERTY layout are available for the following scripts:

Latin
These keyboards, which fully support all the major and minor languages of Europe that use the Latin alphabet, offer the richest repertoire of accented letters, punctuation marks, mathematical symbols, currency signs, and other common typographical characters that has yet been implemented on a standard computer keyboard.The European languages supported include Albanian, Asturian, Basque, Bosnian, Breton, Byelorussian, Catalan, Cornish, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (Old, Middle, and Modern), Esperanto, Estonian, Faeroese, Finnish, French, Frisian, Friulian, Galician, German, Hungarian, Icelandic, Ingrian, Irish, Italian, Karelian, Kashubian, Kurdish, Latin, Latvian, Lithuanian, Luxemburgish, Maltese, Manx, Norwegian, Occitan, Old Norse, Polish, Portuguese, Proven�al, Rhaeto-Romance, Romany, Rumanian, S�mi (Inari, Lule, Northern, Skolt, and Southern), Sard, Scottish, Slovak, Slovenian, Sorbian (Lower and Upper), Spanish, Swedish, Tatar, Turkish, Vepsian, Votic, Walloon, and Welsh. Many non-European languages (for example, Aymar�, Chichewa, Ewe, Fula, Hausa, Hawai‘ian, Hmong, Indonesian, Inuktitut [including the old Greenlandic orthography], Kikuyu, Lingala, Māori, Ojibwe, Quechua, Somali, Swahili, Wolof) are also supported, as is the pinyin romanization for Chinese.
